Project Notes Data Entry Form

This form is used to add or modify notes for a project. Once a Company and one of its projects is selected, then a list of authors (Users[U] and Contacts[C]) assigned to the project is presented. The dates are automatically generated and the author is not allowed to change them. Once the notes are entered clicking on the 'Add Note' button will add the new note to the database stored with the author's name. Updating will only allow the content of the notes to be changed.
